This website presents Helpie and provides a way to contact us. It has no account registration, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies set by the website. Fonts and images are served with the site. The service hosting the website may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website.

When you contact us

If you email info@helpie.cc, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond to your message. Please do not send passwords or pairing codes.

Using the Helpie beta

Helpie sends the posts, media, instructions, and project selections you choose from your iPhone to your connected Mac. Requests, results, and downloaded media can be stored on your devices. The current beta does not automatically delete saved task history and media.

When you run a task, the selected AI provider processes the instructions and prepared reference material using your existing account. That provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to its processing.

Connecting your devices

The shared connection service runs on Cloudflare. It streams requests and responses between your iPhone and Mac and retains pairing state and credential hashes. The relay is designed not to retain task prompts or uploaded media. Connections use TLS, but Cloudflare terminates those connections, so this is not end-to-end encryption between your devices.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact info@helpie.cc for privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, or help removing pairing information. Files on your own devices and data held by your AI provider may need to be removed separately.
